The model

How it works

NextOps does not talk to your customers on your behalf. It receives what arrives on your business's channels, organises it, and puts it in front of the person who is going to reply.

Step 1

The business connects its own channels

The business authorises the connection of its own Instagram professional account through Instagram Login (OAuth) and connects its support WhatsApp number. No channel enters the platform without that authorisation, and it can be revoked at any time — either on Instagram itself or inside NextOps.

Step 2

Messages arrive in a single queue

Direct messages received by the business's Instagram account, together with WhatsApp conversations, appear in the same console. Each contact carries its previous history, its origin, and the subject identified during triage. Voice notes are transcribed automatically so nobody has to stop and listen.

Step 3

A human agent from the business replies

The reply to the customer is written and sent by a person on the business's team, from the console, and goes out through the same channel the conversation started on. When automatic features are enabled — subject triage and an acknowledgement message — they act only inside a conversation the customer started. NextOps does not start conversations with people who did not contact the business.

Step 4

The contact becomes a record

Every conversation creates a record in the business's CRM: origin, owner, funnel stage and the full history. Nothing is lost when agents change shift.

Channels the business connects

The connection always belongs to the business's own account, made by the business and authorised by it. NextOps does not access accounts that have not authorised the connection.

Instagram

The business connects its own Instagram professional account through Instagram Login (OAuth). From then on, NextOps receives — through Meta's official APIs — the direct messages sent to that account, and shows them in that business's agent inbox alongside its other channels. Replies are sent from the same console, through the same official APIs, by a human agent from the business. The contact becomes a record in that business's CRM.

The authorisation can be revoked at any time. When that happens, access ceases immediately and the associated data is handled according to our Privacy Policy (in Portuguese).

WhatsApp

The business's support number is connected to the platform and its conversations enter the same queue as Instagram: a single history per contact, voice-note transcription, subject classification and handover between departments without losing the thread.

How the data flows

Nothing leaves the official path. The message enters through Meta's API, appears in the business's console, and the reply goes back through the same channel the conversation started on.

The end customer sends a direct message to the business's account. The event reaches NextOps through Meta's official APIs (Graph API and webhooks), only for accounts that have authorised the connection. The message appears in that business's agent inbox, where a human agent replies — and the reply returns to the customer through the same channel the conversation started on.

Each business enables only the modules it uses. An internet service provider typically enables support, CRM, network monitoring and IPAM; a service company typically enables support, CRM and documents. All of it under the business's own visual identity and domain — for its agents, it is a system of their own brand.

    Operational support: triage of incoming messages, audio transcription and queue organisation. The reply to the customer still comes from your team.

Who NextOps is built for

The platform was born inside the operation of an internet service provider and is used in production every day. It is for organisations with people answering customers who need all of it to fit in one place.

Who it is not for. NextOps is not a bulk-messaging tool, a cold outreach tool or a marketing automation tool. We do not send messages to people who did not contact the business, and we do not import contact lists for outreach.

Data

Data and privacy

Your customers' data belongs to your business

When a business connects its own channels and serves its own customers through NextOps, that business is the data controller for those data. NextOps acts as data processor: we process the data under the business's instructions, to provide the contracted service, and nothing beyond that. For the business's own account data, NextOps is the controller.

Security and processing

Access is controlled per user and per module, and each business's data is segregated from the others. Channel connection credentials are never exposed to unauthorised third parties. Audio transcription runs on our own infrastructure. Text classification may use the API of an artificial intelligence provider, to which the textual content of the message is sent exclusively for that processing — the full list of sub-processors is in the Privacy Policy (Portuguese).

What we do not do

  • We do not send unsolicited, bulk or unauthorised direct-marketing messages.
  • We do not start conversations with people who did not contact the business first.
  • We do not use data from the integrated platforms for advertising.
  • We do not sell personal data.
  • We do not access Instagram accounts that have not authorised the connection, and we do not publish content on the business's profile.

Who operates NextOps

NextOps is developed and operated by GR Soluções Telecom, a telecommunications company based in Caruaru, Pernambuco, Brazil.

GR is also the platform's first business customer: GR's own network operations centre runs on NextOps in production, every day. That means the product is used before it is sold — and that GR operates inside its own environment, with its own channels and its own data, exactly like any other business customer. One environment cannot see another.

Frequently asked questions

Does NextOps send bulk messages or do outreach?

No. The platform replies to people who contact the business first. There is no bulk messaging, no unsolicited messages and no importing of lists for outreach.

Who is responsible for end customers' data?

The business customer, which is the data controller. NextOps is the data processor and handles the data under its instructions, solely to provide the service.

How does a business connect its Instagram account?

Through the platform itself, using Instagram Login (OAuth). The business authorises the connection with its professional account, and from then on the direct messages it receives appear in the agent inbox.

Can it be disconnected later?

Yes, at any time — on Instagram or inside NextOps. Access ceases immediately and the associated data is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

Does NextOps reply to customers on its own?

The reply to the customer is sent by a human agent from the business's team. Automatic support features — subject triage, an acknowledgement message and audio transcription — act only inside a conversation started by the customer.

I am a customer of a business that uses NextOps. How do I delete my data?

Is the platform white-label?

Yes. NextOps is delivered under the business's own visual identity and domain. For its team and its customers, it is a system of their own brand.

Is NextOps affiliated with Meta or Instagram?

No. NextOps uses the official APIs provided by Meta so that each business customer can serve its own channels. Instagram and WhatsApp are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.
